We design the experience around the proposal, not the proposal alone. Depending on the concept, that may mean the flow of the day, a private experience or two, transport between them, the timing of the light, dinner afterwards. Some days hold several moments; others hold one, held perfectly. What stays constant is that the proposal arrives as the natural high point of a day, rather than a half hour set apart from it.
How early should we begin planning?+
Two to six months gives the most freedom over dates, locations and vendors. Shorter timelines are often workable, and we will tell you honestly what can be done well in the time you have — and what cannot.
We are planning entirely from abroad. Will that work?+
It is designed to. Calls happen in your time zone, by video or WhatsApp, in English from the first message. You keep one point of contact throughout, and everything that has to happen in Italy is carried on the ground by us.
